Board of Directors meetings

Board meetings occur at least every two months are held in person and virtually. Board appointments and responsibilities are based on state law: Minn.Stat. 216C.411. Meeting notices are sent via MnCIFA e-mail updates. Agendas will be updated prior to meetings. Board meetings are held in person and virtually.
