Lending by MnCIFA: What you need to know

We offer flexible financing for projects that meet certain qualifications, such as:

Loans (not grants) with ability for repayment

Flexibility with repayment options and loan interest rates based on multiple factors

Minimum $250,000 loan, with options for intermediates for portfolio projects or revolving loan funds

Demonstrated benefits to save energy, save money, reduce carbon emissions, maintain energy reliability

Site jobs must be paid prevailing wage
