The Minnesota Climate Innovation Finance Authority was established in state law for the specific purpose of building partnerships, to leverage other public and private sources of capital for clean energy.
Through partnerships, MnCIFA can enhance our investments to reduce the upfront and total costs of investments in clean energy, in order to deliver benefits to communities across Minnesota.
