The Minnesota Climate Innovation Finance Authority is responsible to develop and publish the following plans and reports, as defined by MnCIFA’s statute (Minn.Stat. 216C.411):  

Strategic plan: Updated every 2 years. Next update to occur in December 2026. More information about MnCIFA’s strategic plan. 

Investment strategy: Updated every 4 years. Next update to occur in December 2028. More information about MnCIFA’s investment strategy.

Annual report: Published by February 1 each year.
